On 1 March 1996 at about 19:30, 4 witnesses saw a very bright point with a white trail moving across the sky, making the whole resemble a 'neon tube.' The silent phenomenon lasted 1–3 minutes. It was most likely an atmospheric entry of a meteoroid, termed a meteorite in the source, or space debris.
