On the evening of 11 September 1997 and again the following day, witnesses reported a twinkling point of light, apparently star-sized, moving very slowly and silently. It had a red halo and flashed in several colors. The observation lasted about 1 hour 30 minutes. It was probably a celestial object moving across the sky.
