TALENSAC (35) --.12.1999

On 18 June 2014, a witness reported an old sighting without remembering its exact date. At 01:00 one winter night, while closing a gate, the witness was frightened by a large, moving, pale white spiral that made no sound. No other accounts were collected. GEIPAN considered that this unusual sighting might suggest an exceptional weather phenomenon, but the account was old, lacked detail and had no precise date. GEIPAN could not investigate it because of insufficient information and classified it C.
