Case description
Robert Lore and Cecil Bailey’s families reported unusual lights around Minatare, Nebraska, in March 1967. On the evening of March 26, around 7:30 p.m., men investigating lights thought to be near the ground drove through local farmland. Some catalogue versions also name Robert’s brother Roland, so the complete witness grouping is not consistent across summaries.
The close roadside observation concerned an apparently human figure in white coveralls, about five and a half feet tall. A dog in the car reacted strongly. The witnesses later saw lights again, one bright enough to illuminate a nearby hill. Subsequent accounts mention nearly rectangular footprints in different sizes. Neither a visible exit from a craft nor boarding by the stranger is established in the available description.
The source trail includes NICAP report forms and Richard Hall’s occupant catalogue. An entity classification reflects the association the witnesses made, not proof that the roadside man came from the lights. The plate is labelled a composite of observations, showing the motorists, dog, white-clothed figure and distant luminous objects, without depicting an unobserved transfer between them.
