On 6 January 2009 between 07:35 and 07:39, a witness noticed a bright light beside a small airplane passing at low altitude. No other accounts were collected. GEIPAN could not properly investigate because the initial observations lacked precise dates, there were no additional accounts, the questionnaire was not completed precisely, and there was no telephone contact. In addition, the account was submitted 4 months after the event, making aviation checks impossible. Pending possible additional accounts, the case was classified C for insufficient information.
