AVIGNON (84) 12.11.2012

On 12 November 2012 at 02:43, a witness watched an unfamiliar flying object for 20 seconds. No other account was collected. He described a ‘sort of flying car’ low over the city, lit green with red lights at the rear. Its path and colours suggest a helicopter, but he mentioned neither flashing lights nor sound. The account lacks detail. GEIPAN repeatedly offered a site meeting with an investigator, but the witness could not make himself available. The case is classified C for insufficient information.
