On 13 June 2013 at 00:30, a cyclist saw a bright light initially taken for Saturn or Jupiter. On reaching home, the witness was surprised to see the bluish light pass overhead silently. Its path was straight, although it sometimes seemed to zigzag, and it gradually disappeared into the distance. No other account was collected.
The straight movement with small apparent zigzags, brightness and trajectory fit an International Space Station pass. Strangeness is low, with aircraft and ISS explanations possible, the latter very probable (see the investigation report).
Evidential support is moderate to weak because the account contains contradictory travel directions and no diagram or photograph. The case is classified B: very probable ISS observation, probably affected by autokinetic illusion.
