On 22 June 2013 after 22:30, 2 people saw a light pass silently in a straight line. GEIPAN considers a very bright point crossing slowly only slightly unusual and strongly suggestive of the ISS. CalSky predicts a west-to-south passage between 22:45 and 22:52 (see records and the reconstruction from the witness’s viewpoint). The witness’s ‘22:30, perhaps later’ is an imperfect timing match. The reported maximum elevation of 90° also differs from the simulated 17.5°. GEIPAN considers possible imprecision in simulation parameters. The case is classified B: probable ISS passage, with uncertainty remaining.
