On 4 August 2013 at 22:12, a couple saw a whitish point move silently in a straight line at a speed like an airliner, without flashing. One witness took 2 photographs and was surprised by the magnified computer image (see photo 3). Only 1 account was collected. The report's strangeness came from the photograph, while the witness accepted that the direct sighting was probably a satellite. Several satellites passed southwest to northeast at that time (see Calsky). Because of frequent photographic artifacts, the source explains that GEIPAN no longer investigates unusual image features not seen directly and assesses only the visual sighting here. The case is classified A: satellite pass.
