VILLOTRAN (60) 04.09.2013

On 4 September 2013, beginning at 23:45, 2 people watching the sky at Villotran were puzzled by round luminous phenomena of various colors that they could not explain. They saw between 2 and 30 phenomena in total. Only 1 account was collected. This complex account lacks precision given the roughly 1-hour observation sequence. When contacted by telephone on 24 February 2014, the reporting witness said the other observer would also submit a report, but GEIPAN had still not received it in November 2014. GEIPAN classifies the case C for insufficient information, pending additional accounts.
