LIMEIL-BREVANNES (94) 07.01.2014

On 7 January 2014 between 20:00 and 23:00, a person at home in Limeil-Brévannes (94) repeatedly saw diffuse lights move in cloud above Paris. They followed circular arcs of varying length, sometimes pausing for 1 second. Only 1 account was collected, with 2 photographs attached to the questionnaire. The investigation report considers their movement, colour, shape and diffuse appearance, the plausible and explainable lack of visible beams, and installations along the viewing azimuth capable of using such equipment. GEIPAN concludes that the UAPs were probably laser spots on the dense lower cloud layer. The case is classified B: probable laser beams from a local event illuminating cloud.
