On Saturday 15 March 2014 at 23:43, a witness saw 2 identical large objects pass silently, one after the other, over a supermarket roof. He described blue balls the size of footballs, spaced 3 or 4 m apart, at the bases of the flying objects. The first followed a straight path; the second climbed and changed direction. They disappeared in different directions within a few seconds. The observation lasted 3 minutes. Only 1 account was collected. The attached investigation report identifies the following gaps: - The number of UAP in each formation is unspecified. - Their relative positions within the formations are unspecified. - There are no angular measurements for either the formations or the individual UAP. - The colour description is imprecise. - The relationship between the UAP shaped like a ‘large Boeing’ and the blue balls is insufficiently described. - For the nightclub-laser hypothesis, there is no information on whether the establishment concerned used such equipment on the evening of 15 March 2014. These gaps prevent a firm conclusion in favour of any hypothesis. GEIPAN classifies the case C: a phenomenon that cannot currently be identified because factual information and corroboration are lacking. The account has weak evidential support: it lacks precision, despite an accompanying sketch, comes from only 1 witness and has no photograph.
