On 19 October 2014 at 22:50, a witness saw 7–9 orange lights pass silently for 8–10 seconds. Together they formed a triangle moving north to south before buildings hid them. No other account was collected. GEIPAN considers orange lights crossing over a few minutes on a weekend night suggestive of sky lanterns, probably released nearby after a private celebration. The analysis describes southwest-to-northeast movement as compatible with a southerly wind recorded at Roissy, stated to be 20 km away (see Météociel). The case is classified B: probable sky lanterns.
