On 13 April 2015 at 21:55, a witness familiar with the night sky saw an intense brief white flash, followed by 3 stationary red balls forming a triangle. It was silent, bright at first, then faded away. The sighting lasted under 10 seconds, and only 1 account was collected. Strangeness and evidential support are moderate, with a precise description from a single witness. The investigation identifies the Chinese military satellite triplet Yaogan 16A, B and C (see the investigation report). Brightness, trajectory and timing match this formation perfectly. The case is classified A: misidentification of Yaogan 16A, B and C.
