ISSY-LES-MOULINEAUX (92) 25.05.2015

On 25 May 2015 at 19:58, a witness in Issy-les-Moulineaux (92) saw a dark phenomenon with 6 lights arranged in a circle. Only 1 account was collected. It was particularly brief, with imprecise geographical references and no drawing or photograph. GEIPAN notes that the apparent circular shape may simply have been an imagined outline connecting the lights. They could have belonged to an aircraft or helicopter, with a heliport very nearby. The case was not processed in time for air-traffic checks. Lacking detail in both the account and flight records, GEIPAN classifies it C: insufficient information.
