GAHARD (35) 01.07.2015

On 1 July 2015 between midnight and 00:15 in Gahard (35), a witness saw a light cross a clear sky. Two seconds later, 2 more appeared. All 3 followed at the same speed in exactly the same direction, with no flashing or particular sound. They disappeared in the Moon's glare after an observation lasting 15–20 seconds. No other account was collected. GEIPAN rates strangeness and evidential substance as moderate: a single witness but a precise description. The brightness, path and timing match the Chinese military satellite triplet Yaogan 20A, B and C perfectly. The case is classified A: observation of that satellite triplet.
