[ROUTE] de NOEUX-LES-MINES (62) vers MAZINGARBE (62) 27.11.2015

On Friday 27 November 2015 at about 15:00, a motorist on a local road between Nœux-les-Mines (62) and Mazingarbe (62) saw about 10 white points of light and a dark point moving through a cloudy sky. The witness stopped to film. They moved rapidly and disappeared into cloud without sound. The observation lasted 1 minute. No other account was collected. The movements of about 10 white points in all directions have no explanation at this stage. The video shows a short path of a white point at 0.24 seconds and of a black point at 0.33 seconds, as the source gives the offsets. A photograph also shows a white point against gray clouds. Beyond this, the information is imprecise. The witness did not give the exact location or identify the multiple reported events within the video, preventing investigators from locating them. Birds cannot be excluded. The limited information is insufficient to analyze the observation further. GEIPAN classifies the file C.
