TOULOUSE (31) 22.06.2016

On Wednesday 22 June at 23:15, a witness heard a persistent noise from the garden, looked up and saw a red point move rapidly without flashing. He filmed it. Despite GEIPAN reminders, the questionnaire remained only partly completed and the stated video was not supplied. With so little evidence, the sighting does not seem unusual and could have several explanations, including a sky-lantern release, but no conclusion is possible. The case is classified C for lack of information.
