On Tuesday 3 October 2017 between 14:00 and 14:15, a witness was flying a drone near a railway line and suddenly saw a flash. At home, the witness downloaded the drone footage and found 2 brief flashes in it. Only 1 account was collected. Two flashes were recorded by the drone, while 1 was also perceived directly by the witness. A brief video analysis suggests the recorded UAPs could be small windborne debris passing extremely close to the camera. The intense flash seen from the ground was almost certainly unrelated to those 2 objects and may instead have been a reflection at ground level. Category B, probable small windborne debris close to the camera, could be considered. However, each extremely fleeting UAP appears in only a single video frame, leaving too little usable information. The case can therefore only be classified C.
