On 19 December 2019 at 00:30, a witness went onto his balcony to watch and photograph the sky with his phone. Between photographs he noticed 3 lights arranged in a triangle. He sent GEIPAN photographs and a video. Only 1 account was collected. GEIPAN considers the case well supported by the account and images. Analysis confirms that the phenomenon in the video is an optical reflection, which by itself would justify category A, explained. However, the witness says he also saw it directly, reducing confidence that reflection explains the whole account. His questionnaire supplied no UAP positions and referred only to the photographs and video for descriptions. GEIPAN therefore limited its assessment to those images, without astronomical analysis or another hypothesis. The case is classified B: probable misidentification due to the optical reflection visible in the video.
