On 12 July 2020 at 21:22, 2 witnesses in a garden saw an unfamiliar white object pass silently in a straight line across the sky. It appeared round, with an apparent size similar to or slightly greater than an airliner and an apparent speed greater than an airliner. It left no contrail and passed behind a cloud. One witness filmed it with a mobile phone. Only 1 account was collected. After analysis, strangeness is low and evidential support good: 2 witnesses, 1 fairly precise account and a video. The investigation identified a private business aircraft, a Cessna 750 Citation X (see the investigation report). The video trajectory strongly suggests an aircraft at altitude. A Flightradar24 reconstruction showed a Citation X present at the time, following a very similar path. The witness understandably found the missing contrail unusual, but the investigation demonstrated that atmospheric conditions prevented the aircraft from forming one. Its higher apparent speed relative to an airliner and its angular elevation also closely match the UAP. The case is classified A: Cessna 750 Citation X aircraft.
