CAP-D'AIL (06) 20.01.2022

A witness reported numerous UAP observations from home in Cap-d'Ail (06). GEIPAN found investigation impossible; see the report. The original questionnaire described several poorly documented or undocumented sightings with no clear relationship to the 2 attached photographs. The witness mentioned 20 January 2022 but did not associate that date with any specific observation. Asked for clarification, the witness emailed about a different sighting rather than addressing the original observations. Further attached photographs also concerned other events. Review of the questionnaire and email revealed at least 6 distinct observations, each supported either by photographs or an account, never both together. All lacked essential data to varying degrees and none could be analysed. GEIPAN classified the case C: multiple observations with too much missing information for analysis.
