On 10 April 2022 at about 10:00, a witness doing housework in the children's bedroom saw a small point of light through the window, very high in the sky, moving slowly without a trail. It initially seemed stationary for almost 1 minute, then moved faster and changed direction abruptly. It again appeared to stop and tilt, showing a T shape with a bar on both sides and a point at the center of one side. The observation lasted more than 5 minutes. The object accelerated very rapidly and disappeared into the distance. Its trajectory and final shape made it seem strange. The witness also thought it higher than aircraft usually observed and initially considered a glider because it left no trail. The evidence is good, based on the information supplied and its agreement with all the data gathered in the study. Examination of the file and CNOA radar map, together with an exchange with Azelot airfield, identified a Pilatus aircraft from Azelot dropping parachutists for the Nancy parachuting school.
