La Guaira, Federal District disc-shaped object report — August 4, 1967

In the morning on August 4, 1967 at La Guaira, Federal District, Venezuela, A lawyer who was fishing from a boat saw a gray-blue, double-saucer (Saturn-shaped) object with a rotating ring around the circumference and triangular windows.
