The native catalogue labels this June 19, 1968, night-time report Cabrería, Argentina, and names 25-year-old Rómulo Velasco. Its short sequence says a bright object landed, a tall, thin figure emerged and approached, and the witness fainted. That outline is also found in Vallée’s Magonia case 910 and early HUMCAT material, but the location and surname changed during subsequent source corrections. CUFOS’s preserved HUMCAT corrigenda explicitly replace the earlier abstract with Poopó, Oruro, Bolivia, and Rómulo Velásquez, described as a miner. The revised version says he felt drawn toward the figure and that it took his right wrist, after which he experienced paralysis and lost consciousness. It also reports neighbours, including police, seeing a low object illuminate the village before departing with blue light. Those observations are not described as independent sightings of the being itself. The corrigendum cites late-June press dispatches from La Paz and newspapers in several countries. It also reports a serious subsequent neurological condition and burned vegetation, without providing medical or laboratory documentation in the catalogue. The Atlas preserves the imported Cabrería label while making the explicit Bolivia correction visible; these are source variants requiring reconciliation, not two established encounters. The plate limits itself to the shared opening—a witness, a tall thin figure and a bright object—without inventing anatomy or depicting medical effects.
