Case description
At about 10:30 p.m. on 15 October 1973, a household group near Berea, Tennessee, reportedly awoke to barking dogs and saw lights in nearby woods. Expanded accounts name Earl Fralix, his wife and son, David Graves and his wife, and James Cline. The lights appeared associated with a yellow object low among the trees.
The object reportedly rose, revealing an illuminated upper part that cast a red glow, with lights around its perimeter. Cline, and possibly others, described a small upright figure running across a field about fifteen metres away, its head shining white. The object was said to rise and return to ground level two or three times. Later reports describe marks at the site, but their measurements differ between compilations.
The source chain includes Stanley Ingram's 24 October 1973 Pulaski Citizen report and David Webb's study of the 1973 humanoid wave. The alleged ground marks are reported observations, not an established identification of what produced them. The report does not supply a detailed face, biological evidence or laboratory confirmation. The reconstruction therefore shows the lights, unresolved glowing head and witness group, while keeping the object's precise structure and all portraits illustrative.
