Case description
On the night of November 7, 1973, an unnamed woman reportedly encountered a small figure while driving home between Winnfield and Sikes, Louisiana. The location given in the surviving catalogue account is Beech Creek Bridge, and the night was foggy. The published summary does not identify another observer or give an exact clock time.
The figure was described as approximately three feet, or ninety centimetres, tall, with a large oval head and deep red eyes. The witness reportedly felt attracted by its eyes. Its body looked silvery, while its arms appeared to divide below the elbows. That unusual limb description is part of the reported appearance; the account supplies no close inspection or explanation of its anatomy.
No UFO was seen during this encounter. The later HUMCAT/Rosales entry attributes the report to David Webb's study of the 1973 humanoid wave, while INTCAT traces it to the Winn Parish Enterprise of November 14. These are citations to a shared reporting chain, rather than additional witnesses. The brief surviving account does not document speech, physical contact, a departure sequence or a recovered object. A reconstruction can depict the motorist and roadside figure, but adding an accompanying craft would go beyond the report.
