Québec regional reports — November 1973

This entry preserves a regional summary of reports from Québec during November 1973. The NICAP chronology, citing SectionVIII of Richard Hall’s The UFO Evidence, VolumeII, lists numerous alleged landings, humanoid sightings and electromagnetic effects on cars across the province. It does not describe a single encounter, identify one principal witness or provide one craft configuration. The categories refer to different kinds of reported event: objects seen near or on the ground, unusual figures associated with some sightings, and vehicle disturbances attributed by observers to nearby phenomena. They cannot be combined into a scene in which one person experienced all three. Nor does the summary establish that every reported landing included an occupant or that every car disturbance had a demonstrated electromagnetic cause. Witness counts and physical measurements must come from individual underlying files.
