Case description
The imported entry dates a Petite-Île, Réunion encounter to February 14, 1974, at about 1:30 p.m. An unnamed man walking along a rural road reported a pulling force and tingling sensation, then a white disc with a transparent dome hovering just above the ground. A beam of light was directed toward him.
Three small beings, estimated at one to 1.2 metres tall, moved in and out of an opening and appeared interested in the terrain. The fuller Ouranos-derived summary describes bright metallic-white clothing and antenna-like projections on their heads. A fourth occupant appeared before the group returned inside, the opening closed, and the object departed. The witness reportedly experienced fright, loss of voice, headaches and impaired vision afterward; these remain claimed effects, with no clinical documentation supplied in this listing.
There is a substantial dating and duplication issue. Richard Hall’s occupant catalogue identifies the similar account as Antoine Séverin’s February 14, 1975 encounter, and the CUFOS index itself displays uncertainty between 1974 and 1975. The atlas preserves the imported record while flagging its probable relationship to the Séverin case. The image uses February 14 with “year disputed,” avoiding a falsely certain year. The linked video discusses Séverin’s 1975 version of this apparent duplicate.
