Franklin entity encounter — August 19, 1981

The Franklin entry describes a daylight driving experience on August 19, 1981. A woman reportedly saw a brilliant silver object descend over her vehicle and pulled onto the roadside. The catalogue then moves directly to a claimed boarding and examination by several humanoids approximately seven feet tall. Later compilations identify the witness as Barbara Warmoth, who appears in other reported experiences; the short imported entry itself does not name her. The fuller August narrative gives the beings distinctive faces: slanting yellow eyes, long thin noses, pointed chins, very narrow lips and no visible ears. She recalled a room containing electronic-looking equipment, being seated, and receiving a greenish drink. The account ends with her regaining awareness. NICAP's version places her back in the car, while another compilation says at home. That difference should remain open rather than be silently reconciled. A separate February 1981 story attributed to the same woman explicitly includes hypnosis; that fact does not establish how every August detail was obtained. The reviewed summaries do not provide a complete interview history or independent corroboration for this sequence.
