Dusheti, Georgia unidentified-object report — September 1981

During an evening in September 1981, a girl returning from school in Dusheti, Georgia, reportedly noticed a man pointing toward the sky. She looked up and saw a white spherical object descending slowly. The account estimates its diameter at three metres and says it stopped about five metres above the two observers. No exact day or witness name is established in the located material. The short NICAP entry refers to figures visible on its surface. A fuller INTCAT summary clarifies the important ambiguity: the shapes included something humanlike, a rhombus and a horse. This does not establish that living beings stood on the object or were visible inside it. The sphere reportedly remained for about fifteen minutes before leaving. A wedge-shaped object was subsequently said to pass upward over the area, without a demonstrated connection between the two observations. The reporting chain is a compiled humanoid catalogue and NICAP chronology, rather than a retrieved original witness statement or photograph. The label Georgia refers to the then-Soviet republic, not modern Russia. The reconstruction includes the two observers and white sphere, interpreting the reported surface shapes as flat markings and explicitly leaving their nature unresolved. School uniform, likenesses, buildings and precise graphic designs are contextual.
