Santa Cruz de Tenerife entity encounter — November 18, 1982

German student Andreas Schneider placed this experience at Santa Cruz de Tenerife on November 18, 1982. Late at night he reportedly watched a very bright disc manoeuvring above the area. He then described losing ordinary awareness and feeling that his “astral” body was taken into the object. This distinction matters: the account is explicitly an out-of-body or subjective transport narrative, rather than a continuous observation of someone physically entering a landed vehicle. Inside, Schneider said he encountered several short beings with unusually large heads and coarse, wrinkled grey skin. The expanded version describes two working at a control panel and another communicating with him. A glowing pillar stood in the centre of the room. He interpreted their communication as reassuring, felt a positive emotional atmosphere and said they identified their origin as a planet called Humo.
