Case description
The Aznalcázar account concerns a farmer known as Mr. Mora at the Haza-Ancha property near Seville. The inherited date is approximately April 5, 1935, around 7:30 p.m., although other catalogues give May and the original chronology remains uncertain. Manuel Osuna collected the story in 1971, decades after the alleged event, and it subsequently entered Ballester-Olmos's Spanish landing catalogues.
Mora reportedly saw a large, round, brilliant object descend near Cerro de Torres, roughly 450–500 metres away. It remained immediately above the ground while several small figures moved around it. The surviving summaries provide no dependable description of their faces, clothing, equipment or exact number. They also do not preserve a clear departure sequence. Later comparisons with other Spanish and French encounters must not supply missing details here.
The farmer reportedly interpreted the experience as a supernatural favor from God and continued talking about it until his death. That interpretation is part of the story's transmission, not proof of either a religious apparition or extraterrestrial visitors. The recovered trail relies on late anecdotal and family recollections rather than a contemporary 1935 investigation, photograph or physical evidence. The plate therefore retains the distant brilliant object and indistinct figures, while identifying the date as approximate and the account as a late recollection.
