Case description
The Perpignan humanoid story concerns an unnamed schoolboy on the road toward Lassus on September 27, 1954. Aimé Michel’s 1958 account says he was going to school when he saw a round object on the ground near the outskirts of town. Two beings reportedly emerged, remained outside briefly, then returned inside.
The object subsequently departed. The boy reportedly went home trembling, where his parents put him to bed and summoned a doctor. The published narrative describes a nervous crisis but supplies no surviving clinical record, named witness interview or detailed description of the occupants’ faces and clothing.
Later catalogues repeated the story, sometimes adding a three-o’clock time; the imported entry gives approximately four. Patrick Gross’s source comparison notes that a frequently cited France Soir article of October 2 does not actually contain this encounter. That leaves the early documentary chain less secure than repeated citations suggest.
Separate Perpignan-area reports that day involved people watching aerial objects, including factory workers and grape pickers. They should not automatically become additional witnesses to the schoolboy’s landing or beings. The available record preserves a brief, uncorroborated encounter narrative rather than a single multi-group observation with established physical evidence.
