Franco Cara balloon photographs

Official source account — 2017 annual report, printed page 17: Franco Cara photographed a bright object high in the northeastern sky over Córdoba on 7 March 2017. CEFAE compared its appearance with a Google Loon balloon and checked flight-tracking data. The agency identified HBAL 124 at the matching time and direction, at about 53,000 feet and moving east with high-altitude winds. The witness's approximate elevation and viewing direction agreed with that balloon position. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations.
