Official source account — 2023 annual report, printed page 97: Miguel Martínez saw and filmed an object over Corrientes for about 30 seconds. The video showed repeating green, red and white flashes; the object was briefly stationary before moving in a straight line and disappearing behind an obstruction. CIAE compared the flash sequence and motion with commercial-drone operation. Because the object's body could not be resolved clearly enough for complete identification, the official report retained a drone with LED lights as a compatible explanation rather than claiming to identify a particular aircraft. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes.
