Diego Albornoz space-station observation

Official source account — 2019 annual report, printed page 45: Diego Albornoz watched and filmed a bright light moving steadily across the Buenos Aires sky on 23 April 2019. He described about four minutes of visibility before it faded toward the southeast. CIAE used Orbitron and Stellarium to match the observation to the International Space Station at the reported time and direction. A friend's simultaneous observation from Paraná supported the broader visibility; the agency classified the identification as Type A. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
