Julio Fiakosky — Capilla del Monte , Province of Córdoba

Official source account — 2022 annual report, printed page 65: Julio Fiakosky discovered two unfamiliar objects when reviewing a Capilla del Monte photograph. CIAE examined one object's morphology, including projections extending above and below its body. It considered these compatible with a bird crossing the frame during exposure. The agency classified this as a supported Type B explanation and retained the limitation that the fleeting photographic event could not be recreated. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
