CIAE's reconstruction placed Jupiter there as the brightest celestial object in that sector. The witness confirmed that no other comparable light was visible, and none appeared in the video. The agency identified Jupiter and classified the case Type A. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations.
