San José de Jáchal photograph

Official source account — 2018 annual report, printed page 5: A photograph from San José de Jáchal dated 30 January 2018 circulated on social media and was forwarded by a collaborator. CEFAE used IPACO deblurring to examine the apparent object. The recovered shape was interpreted as a bird crossing from the right side of the camera view. The official account is an analysis of a forwarded image and does not supply a separate direct witness narrative. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
