Roldán forwarded photograph

Official source account — 2017 annual report, printed page 26: A Roldán photograph dated 23 June 2017 was forwarded through WhatsApp by someone other than the original photographer, who had noticed nothing unusual outside. CEFAE used image deblurring and interpreted the shape as a nearby flying insect, probably a moth. The agency lacked the original camera data and could not determine whether flash or a nearby streetlight illuminated it. Its species and lighting suggestions remained qualified. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
