Dina Osuna photograph

Official source account — 2018 annual report, printed page 39: Dina Osuna found an apparent object while reviewing a photograph taken at Banfield on 19 December 2018. CEFAE's enlargement identified features compatible with insect anatomy, including wings and a central body. The agency concluded that an insect had passed quickly through the camera view from left to right. The photographer's lack of any unusual visual observation while taking the picture was cited as supporting that explanation. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
