Official source account — 2023 annual report, printed page 148: A witness at San Justo reported three white objects visible for about ten minutes and filmed two moving slowly northwest on straight paths. CIAE described spherical forms and used IPACO to identify a vertical line beneath an object. The official report attributed the stimulus to helium balloons drifting in a light breeze.
