Martín Rodríguez — City of Buenos Aires

Official source account — 2020 annual report, printed page 131: Martín Rodríguez observed and photographed a triangular object that appeared stationary for about an hour. CIAE found a delta-wing outline with a small rear keel and detected an almost vertical tether on three occasions using IPACO. These details supported a large stable kite already flying at considerable height. The agency classified the kite explanation Type A, rather than interpreting the long hover as extraordinary propulsion. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
