Castelar — Province of Buenos Aires

Official source account — 2020 annual report, printed page 66: A Castelar video showed a manoeuvring object with a steady red light and an intermittent white light. CIAE compared both the lighting arrangement and movement with known small drones. Frame-by-frame examination confirmed at least those two lights. The agency concluded that the video showed an unmanned aerial vehicle operating nearby at night and classified the case Type A. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
