Diego Crespo photographs

Official source account — 2018 annual report, printed page 22: Diego Crespo's brother submitted two photographs taken at Campana on 12 November 2017 in which a dark point was discovered later. CEFAE found that the point retained its size and exact image position even though the photographer had moved several meters between exposures. The agency concluded that it was compatible with dirt on the camera lens, rather than an object occupying a fixed place in the distant landscape. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
