Saturnino Fernández video

Official source account — 2015 annual report, printed page 10: Saturnino Fernández submitted video recorded at Salta on 13 January 2015 showing an object he had not identified. CEFAE used a Stellarium reconstruction for the witness's reported date, time and geographical position. The agency concluded that the filmed object was compatible with the Moon in the corresponding part of the sky. The published entry presents the still image and sky comparison without a longer witness narrative. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
