CIAE reconstructed Arcturus in the observed sector, about thirty degrees above the horizon. The star's movement during the interval agreed with the account. Defocus and atmospheric scintillation amplified the changes of colour. The agency classified the identification Type A. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
