Entre Ríos drifting objects

Official source account — 2017 annual report, printed page 5: An Entre Ríos witness photographed two distant white objects drifting with the wind on 9 December 2016. CEFAE enlarged the nearer object and used edge processing to distinguish small spherical components. It interpreted the object as a cluster of white helium balloons, with another more distant or smaller cluster nearby. The witness's report of wind-driven movement supported the agency's proposed balloon-release explanation. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes.
