Official source account — 2022 annual report, printed page 95: Guillermo Marsden noticed a white object while reviewing an older photograph from La Falda, Córdoba, dated 13 January 2010. CIAE found an elongated body with unequal ends: one gradually tapered like a tail, while a pointed projection at the other suggested a beak. The investigators considered a bird crossing the camera's view the simplest supported explanation. The photographer had not seen an unusual object directly. With no way to reproduce the brief event or obtain corroboration, the report classified it Type B. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations.
